steamed artichokes

Ingredients:

2 whole artichokes

2 tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. sea salt

 

Steam artichokes 30-40 minutes until tender. Remove and plate. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Serve and enjoy.
